In the upper left corner of the inbox, click on the red Compose box. You can keep your inbox much cleaner and easier to maintain by using these categories and accounts. If you’re working on many projects or clients simultaneously, and you want to keep your emails organized into different tabs, this is especially helpful. Your inbox will also be updated with the new tab that you created for that new category. If you click on the “+” icon next to all of the existing tags on the main inbox page, you’ll see a list of categories for your current messages. Whenever you get a new incoming email, you can select a category or create a new one in the top menu. You can customize and add additional tabs to these emails if you like, as they have been organized by “category.” Make use of the category tabs.
